Had a wonderful experience here, especially enjoying the spacious kitchen facilities that made cooking our own meals a breeze. The playground and games room were a great hit with my family, offering plenty of entertainment for everyone. Our unit was super clean and well-maintained, just like new, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. We were exploring Hokitika's attractions, with places like the National Kiwi Centre just a short drive away, enhancing our stay even more.

the basic cabin was supposed to be a cozy getaway, but seriously, waking up every hour to reset the heater was absolutely ridiculous. also, i was left shivering in the night, wishing for a mini fridge like a civilized place. just a heads-up, i expected at least a bottle of water as a welcome gift—but i guess that's too much to ask.

The spacious kitchen facilities made meal preparation easy and allowed us to create healthy meals for our family while enjoying quality time together.

We found the heater in our unit to be quite noisy and ineffective without an option for continuous operation, which affected our comfort at night.

The Basic Cabin was a warm and inviting escape after a day on the road, complete with comfortable beds and a handy table. I loved having modern facilities, like a spacious kitchen and lounge area, perfect for unwinding. Also, the electric BBQ allowed me to grill up some delicious steaks and sausages right outside my door!

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend pause in Hokitika with exceptional value. The shared kitchen was a nice bonus, allowing us to cook our own meals and save money. Consider bringing your own cooking utensils if you have specific preferences.

Hokitika's Kiwi Holiday Park and Motels provided a delightful experience with its immaculate facilities and spacious kitchen areas perfect for family gatherings. The warm welcome from the staff made our stay feel extra special.

The games room was a hit, and we enjoyed onsite table tennis. We explored the beautiful areas around, taking a kayak trip and enjoying a scenic cruise, which added to the fun. Everything was super clean and the staff was really friendly, making our stay feel welcoming.

The only downside was walking to the shared facilities during a rainy night, which was a bit inconvenient. It would be great if more cabins had easy access to restrooms.
